What is the Platinum Bond?

The PMAS Platinum Bond is a with-profits lump sum investment.

What documents do I need for verification of identity?

To comply with money laundering regulations, we may carry out an on-line identity check with a reference agency when you apply. The agency will add a note to your credit record to show that an identity check has been made, but this information will not be available to anyone else and will not affect your credit rating.

If you plan to send us a building society cheque or banker’s draft, please ensure that the issuer confirms the name and account number, either on the front or back of the cheque together with branch stamp, or with other supporting documentation.

What is the plan term?

The plan term - or term of plan - is the period of time that the plan is active.

The PMAS Platinum Bond has no fixed term. However, it should be seen as a medium to long term investment.

How long will it take to complete the application form?

If you’ve read through all the supporting literature before you begin to complete your application, and have necessary information to hand, the application should take no more than 10 minutes.
