Providing a significant contribution to the wider
development and performance of Police Mutual Group
You will be a qualified professional and senior manager with at
least 12 -15 years in FS, particularly in insurance. You will
have successfully implemented ERM including policy formulation and
you will have a strong grasp of the fit with Solvency II. You
will have in-depth industry knowledge taking part in industry lobby
groups at the highest levels. You will also have experience
of interaction with FSA at a senior level.
You will need to demonstrate strategic and commercial thinking
and be able to communicate your ideas effectively. Police
Mutual has a complex distribution model which includes a range of
channels aligned to our unique affinity market, and you will need
to show innovative thought leadership in developing risk management
strategies in a heavily regulated industry. Successful
influencing skills will be critical for dealing with regulators,
high profile external relationships, functional specialists along
with Board and Committee stakeholders.
Most of all you will need to be a self-starter, willing to roll
up your sleeves to get the job done and open to all
challenges. You need to be dynamic enough to fit with the
team and to care about delivering a long-term sustainable Mutual
for the Police Family.
The role attracts a six-figure remuneration package which will
reflect your considerable experience in the field.
